"iLocAlert" does not require users to provide any personal data. The app utilizes GPS functionality solely to determine the device's current location to send local notifications when the device enters or exits predefined geographic zones set by the user.
Users have the ability to create alerts which consist of the geographic location, a name for the alert, and a custom message to be displayed upon triggering the alert. This information is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted externally or used for any form of user tracking.
When an alert is deleted by the user, all corresponding information is also deleted from the device.
No data is transferred automatically by the app. Any transfer of the history of an alert is a result of an explicit, voluntary action by the user.
The app does not collect or transmit any personal data. However, the security of your device's locally stored information is important to us. We advise users to ensure their device's security measures, such as passcodes or biometric access controls, are in place to prevent unauthorized access to the app's stored data.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be posted promptly on this page. Continued use of the app after changes to the privacy policy constitute consent to those changes.
For questions or concerns regarding this privacy policy, please contact us at contact@ilocalert.com.
